Expectations
- To have ownership of all aspects of your business, promoting our values and the core essence of German Kraft, Jim & Tonic.
- To assist and stand in place for the General Manager, in the running of the daily operation and work of the business delivering all site KPIs to agreed targets.
- To understand what it is to run a safe and responsible business, and put the measures in place to make sure your shifts are always safe.
- To lead the team to achieve exceptional guest service at all times through consistent coaching and development of the team.
Technical Skills/Qualifications - Must haves
- Hold a personal licence
- Be able to train and advise on all relevant courses.
- Legally allowed to work in the UK
- Have the flexibility to be able to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays
- Be of reasonably good health and have sufficient stamina to work in a pressurised, physical environment.
- A minimum of 12 months of supervisory experience in a similar type of operation or have followed the in-house training process.
- Literate and numerate to a reasonable level in order to complete daily financial activities and company procedures
