Located within our epic 80’s Miami bar, you will be shocked at this hidden gem of Dalston.The tour is completely tailored to you. With no rush around the brewery and a fountain of knowledge at your hand. You will not be disappointed.

Distillery

Run by ‘Sustainable Urban Gin’ new boys Jim and Tonic, this 100L Dalston Gin Distillery takes pride of place alongside the beer brewery on the lower ground floor near the restaurant area. The copper still named ‘Kirby’ gives guests an insight into gin production and everyday work that goes on in an urban craft distillery in the heart of Dalston in the Borough of Hackney in East London.

Jim & Tonic

Jim and Tonic believe it's about time quality spirits and sustainability went hand in hand. Distilled onsite at Kraft Dalston, Jim and Tonic use sustainable production methods to reduce waste water and conserve resources. Flavours include London Dry, Mediterranean, Rhubarb and Hopped Grapefruit as well as limited edition batches. These gins are then served up on East London’s best G&T and Gin Cocktail bar menu!
